Get A Free Copy of “Bag It” for your School!

Posted On: Sep 04, 12

"Bag It" was recently awarded a grant from the Johnson Ohana Charitable Foundation  to distribute 200 "Bag It" educational DVDs and curriculum packets to schools around the country.

As part of this grant, they are also creating a competition called the The Bag It Plastic Free Project. Any school or student group can participate, whether or not they are one of the 200 granted a DVD. To participate, students in grades 4-12 will create a school- or community-wide project to reduce the use of single-use disposable plastic. Projects will be judged on creativity and measurable impact. The grand prize will be a trip for the winning students to Algalita Marine Research Foundation's Plastic Ocean Pollution Solutions International Youth Summit.

If you would like to nominate a school to receive a free, licensed copy of "Bag It," fill out this form and the school will be contacted in the next few weeks with more information.
