ROXY Waikiki Classic Goes Plastic Free

Kokua Hawai’i Foundation’s Plastic Free Hawai’i program and the ROXY Initiative joined forces over Father’s Day weekend to run Plastic Free water refill stations, set up designated recycling bins, and engage contest participants and beach goers in a turtle making craft using plastic bottle caps. ROXY branded reusable water bottles were available at the event for a $5 donation to the Quiksilver Foundation. Quiksilver Foundation is passing along all donations to Kokua Hawai’i Foundation to support our Plastic Free Schools program. Mahalo to ROXY & theQuiksilver Foundation!
