ʻĀINA Cooking for Change Holiday Series Recap

ʻĀINA Cooking for Change virtual family cooking series was a hit with families! In December, we took our Homemade for the Holidays workshops with master food preserver Terri Langley of BLISS Healthy Foods online. Families made Refrigerator Pickles and Herbal & Citrus Salts and Sauerkraut and Kimchi over two workshops using ingredients found in their own kitchen and gardens or in the ʻĀINA Cooking for Change Cooking Kit donated by Chef Hui with ingredients sourced from local farmers and producers. Over 100 families tuned in to learn how to make these simple and delicious recipes to enjoy at home or to give as gifts.
