Civics is Sexy 2018
The 4th Annual Civics Is Sexy is a free public workshop that empowers our community to understand the legislative process to make positive change in Hawaiʻi. The event is on Saturday, February 10 from 9:00am-2:00pm at the Hawaiʻi State Capitol Auditorium in Honolulu.
The event will go over the process of following and testifying on important environmental and social justice issues. Join us for a day of inspiring guest speakers, interactive discussions, hands on training, and a free lunch for all participants. Please reserve your ticket and see details on the event page.
This event is hosted by Surfrider Foundation O‘ahu Chapter in coordination with partner organizations Kōkua Hawai‘i Foundation, Sierra Club Hawai‘i Chapter, Center For Food Safety, and Hawaiʻi Alliance for Progressive Action.
