Fruit Kabobs

Any seasonal local fruit you find always tastes better on a stick! This simple recipe is a no-bake, easy process with results that are tasty and healthy! Preparation can be a family affair - after the fruit is chopped, have the younger kids slide the pieces onto wooden or metal kabob skewers. Pattern making is highly encouraged! Top it off with a slice of starfruit for more fun.


  • Seasonal fruit of your choice, chopped if needed


  1. Chop fruit into even-sized chunks.

  2. Stick fruits onto the kabob skewer one by one until the skewer is full. 

  3. Enjoy right away or let chill in the refrigerator.
