You can find our Plastic Free Hawaiʻi merchandise and participate in activities at our booth at these free, public events in June. Please BYO reusable water bottle and utensils/plate to any events you go to!

Saturday, June 2: North Shore OceanFest at Turtle Bay Resort

We will have a table at the 2018 North Shore Ocean Fest, from 10am-4pm at Turtle Bay Resort On Saturday, June 2. We have also supported this event’s commitment to go plastic free for many years. Food vendors will be free of single-use plastics, offering compostable plates, utensils, and cups, and our Plastic Free Hawaiʻi Water Station will be available for free, filtered water at the event.

Sunday, June 3: OZONE Day at Waikiki Aquarium for World Oceans Month

We will have a table at the OZONE Day, Sunday June 3 from 11am-3pm at the Waikiki Aquarium. The event is hosted in honor of World Oceans Month by Outrigger Resorts. Sunday, June 10: World Oceans Day Celebration at Koʻolina Resort

World Oceans Day 2018’s theme is plastic pollution prevention and cleaning the ocean of marine litter. Celebrate on Sunday, June 10 from 4-6:30pm. We will have a table at this event, which will include ocean and sustainability activities with a strong career focus, live entertainment, food for purchase and a special movie premiere at sunset.
