Kōkua General Store March Upcoming Events

The Kōkua General Store is excited to host some exciting events for the month of March. Come visit us as we continue to provide resources, events and products that help you reduce waste:

Saturday, March 4, 10am-3pm - Our resident beekeeper and founder of Hānai Hives, Katie Metzger will be at the store for a local honey tasting! She will be showcasing honey harvested from our hives here on the Kōkua Learning Farm as well as other locations from around the island. Come in, talk story and sample honey with Katie.

Saturday, March 18, 10am-3pm - We are excited to host Mai Tais and Rainbows & Cannan Collective for a joint pop-up event with a lot of vintage goodies! Mai Tais and Rainbows will have a wide range of beach vintage apparel to compliment Cannan Collective’s vintage antiques and homegoods.. Come in and find your perfect vintage treasure.

Saturday, April 1, 10am-3pm - Our February clothing swap was such a hit we are already planning for our next on Saturday, April 1st - 11:00am to 3:00pm! Join us as we refresh our wardrobe by trading in gently-used clothing for other pre-loved items. To participate, please drop off your clothing between Saturday March 25th and Friday March 31st during store hours. We will not be accepting items the same day of the swap. We are accepting clothing that is lightly used, washed, and in good condition (no stains or rips). You will receive a coupon when you drop off clothing that can be used on the day of the event to swap up to 8 items.
