Kōkua Hawaiʻi Foundation Grants Are Live!

Project & Field Trips Grants Available Applications for both the Kōkua Hawaiʻi Foundation Field Trip and Project Grant programs are now being accepted for the 2023-24 school year. Funding of up to $1,000 per school for each grant program.

Kōkua Hawaiʻi Foundation Field Trip Grants help bring students to outdoor sites where they can experience hands-on learning about Hawaiʻi’s environment. KHF offers financial assistance to Hawaiʻi public schools which otherwise could not afford to participate in environmental field trips. KHF Field Trip Grant application deadline is March 1, 2024.

Kōkua Hawaiʻi Foundation Project Grants support teachers and students in advancing their environmental education and stewardship goals on campus. Previous grantees have used KHF funds for school garden supplies, nutrition education equipment, vermicompost trainings, and more. KHF Project Grant application deadline is January 31, 2024.
