Plastic Free Hawaiʻi Partners with CountercurrentArt at the Bishop Museum!
April 01, 2021
Art, community and education were in the air at the 2021 Bishop Museum Science and Sustainability Festival! Plastic Free Hawaiʻi partnered with Ethan Estess of CountercurrentArt providing participants with reusable canvas bags printed off of stencils made from plastic pollution found on the North Shore of Oʻahu. Volunteers shared educational information about plastic pollution, how to “say no” to single-use plastic, and why stewardship is key to sustainability!
