The Kōkua Learning Farm interns had the opportunity to harvest vegetables that they’ve cared for over the course of the internship and turn them into a delicious meal! After harvest, our interns spent the afternoon cooking up some ʻono food exemplifying a Farm to Table meal! ☀️ They made yummy beet poke, kim chee bok choy, and pickled radish to enjoy 🥬🌱🥢
