What a wonderful evening on the Kōkua Learning Farm!! On Friday, February 2nd we hosted our second Farm to Table dinner with ʻono food, good company, and great weather! ✨ A huge mahalo to Chef Susan Prior of The Country Eatery along with her amazing team for creating a meal made from ingredients just steps away from the table.
The Mediterranean themed, multi-coursed meal showcased fresh produce from the Kōkua Learning Farm, @farmercareyhi, Small Kine Farm, and MAʻO Organic Farms with amazing value adds & protein from #TinRoofRanch, Sweet Land Farm, Koko Kai Yogurt, honey from Hānai Hives, and more. ⭐️ Mahalo to the many hands who helped make our Farm to Table dinner possible!
