We hosted our fourth Farm to Table Dinner on the Kōkua Learning Farm in partnership with our friends at Rivian and Chef Sean Congdon of Aloha Culinary Group! It was an amazing vening filled with good food and great company! We are so grateful to work with Rivian who also generously donated a Rivian truck to Kōkua Hawaiʻi Foundation for use in all school and farm programs! Rivian and Chef Sean also worked closely to prepare one of the many delicious appetizers off the travel kitchen, just one of the many features of our new vehicle! ⚡️ Chef Sean’s Asian Street Market themed menu did not disappoint! Gathering fresh produce and value adds from the Kōkua Kearning Farm, Ho Farms Hawaiʻi, Hānai Hives, Kupu Place, Twin Bridge Farms, as well as oysters & shrimp from Kualoa Ranch, kanpachi from Blue Ocean Mariculture, and poultry from Next Wave Poultry.
