The Story of Pili Group’s 808 Chowder
For the past decade, Chef Hui has proudly partnered with Conservation International (CI) Hawai‘i to champion seafood sustainability across our islands. Together, they’ve supported local fisheries, promoted responsible seafood consumption, and emphasized the importance of sustainable practices. In October, they celebrated the success of Sustainable Seafood Month and their ongoing collaboration to strengthen food security and inspire lasting change in how we source and appreciate seafood in Hawai‘i.
