We welcome students to the Kōkua Learning Farm for an enriching field trip experience that caters to learners of all ages, allowing visitors to explore various aspects of our food system. During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with and learn about:

For the 2025-26 school year we will be hosting field trips on Thursday mornings only. Day of activities will be designed around age, group size, and what is currently happening on the farm. Haleʻiwa Elementary’s 4th Graders on the Kōkua Learning Farm
We welcomed 4th Graders from Haleʻiwa Elementary School on the Kōkua Learning Farm! Students learned about different parts of kalo, harvested, and planted in our kalo library. They also revisited the different parts of a plant, picked Swiss Chard, and made yummy veggie wraps as a quick snack on the farm! 🌱🙌🏽
Kōkua Learning Farm Field Trip with Sunset Beach Elementary
The Kōkua Learning Farm recently welcomed Sunset Beach Elementary’s 2nd Graders for a fun farm field trip! These curious keiki learned about different the importance of bee pollination and participated in a scavenger hunt to find the different parts of a plant. We love having students on the farm for more ʻāina-based education!
